Dispatch & Delivery Policy

At Kutty Pavada, I aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible! Please read the shipping details below before placing your order.

Where We Ship

I currently ship Australia-wide only via Australia Post.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping – $9 flat rate (with tracking)
  • Express Shipping – $15 flat rate (with tracking)
  • Free Shipping – Automatically applied on all orders over $150

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders include tracking.

Dispatch Times

All in-stock items are packed and dispatched within 2 business days from Brisbane, QLD.

For preorder items, I usually collect orders in advance and ship once I have enough stock arriving in a shipment. Shipping timelines may vary based on the batch, so it’s best to DM me on Instagram (@kuttypavada) before placing a preorder to confirm estimated dispatch dates.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, they will be shipped together once everything is ready, unless otherwise discussed.

Address Changes

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
I am unable to make any changes once an order is placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery via the Australia Post website.

If you haven’t received your parcel within the estimated timeframe, feel free to DM me on Instagram (@kuttypavada) and I’ll do my best to help you follow up with AusPost.

Delays & Delivery Responsibility

I use Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your parcel has been handed over to them, Kutty Pavada is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost parcels, or damage caused during transit.

If you live in an apartment, unit complex, or have a shared mailbox, please take extra care. I am not responsible for parcels marked “delivered” that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

For added peace of mind, you can request:

  • Signature on Delivery – $3

  • Parcel Insurance (up to the order value) – $2

To add these, simply DM me on Instagram (@kuttypavada) immediately after placing your order and I’ll manually include them for you.

While I do my best to help where I can, once a parcel is in transit, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
