Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kutty Pavada! Every outfit is lovingly handmade or carefully curated, and we want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy before placing your order, as many of our items are made in small batches or to order.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • Your item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

DM us on Instagram @kuttypavada with clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging with the label visible
  • The full item
  • A close-up of the issue

We’ll assess and do our best to resolve it, either with a replacement or a refund if approved.

Note: Minor variations in colour, stitching, or weave are normal with handmade items and are not considered faults.


Returns & Exchanges

As a small business, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Shipping delays once the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to DM me on Instagram before you buy — I'm happy to help!

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Accessories like bangles, scrunchies, or hair items
  • Newborn items (e.g. naming kits)
  • Sale or clearance items

Handmade & Preorder Items

Many Kutty Pavada pieces are handmade or preordered, which means:

  • Slight imperfections are part of the charm and uniqueness of traditional fabrics
  • Preorders are final — once paid, cancellations, changes, or returns are not accepted
  • Only preorder if you're sure of the size and style

Proof Required for Refunds

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if clear photographic evidence is provided and the issue is verified.

Please DM us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photo of the full item
  • Close-up of the issue
  • Packaging with a visible shipping label

Claims made without proof will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Kutty Pavada is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery (e.g. through wear, incorrect washing, or misuse).


Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please DM @kuttypavada to follow up.
